I'd just LOVE it if you could crash through player-made terrain and destroy it
Just imagine plowing through an 
Anivia wall straight into the enemy team.
Or flattening a 
J4 ult and letting your teammates evade certain doom.
Or crashing through 
Azir's soldiers like bowling pins.

Would be beautiful, especially if they added the sounds.

Yes, and a long time ago only 1-2 champions had certain abilities like Suppression, Executes, CC immunity, Knockups, and eventually new champions were made that included more of these.
Breaking terrain is just another special skill that is eventually going to be dispersed as well.
