Both Viktor and Syndra are really really strong now, but I think Syndra will get harder nerfs soon, so I would go with Viktor (+ he is cheaper). And ofc get Draven if you want an adc, he is always good if you are good with him. GL :)

i am going with vitkor. he is strong and i don't think he is getting nerfed next patch. yyyyyea you will have good ganes though!!

Viktor is a mage, mages are OP, choose Viktor.
