This list is based on Nerfplz's solo queue tier list, but focuses on the bronze level. This list is incomplete, and only includes relatively popular champions. If you disagree on anything or have any questions, comment below.

Notes: Tahm Kench is good regardless of which lane he is in, mainly because of his swallowing ability. Janna isn't very good in bronze because her passive play style does not work well in bronze. Blitzcrank, Morgana, and Leona are statistically the most played supports in bronze because they are the best aggressive supports. Graves top players usually know what they are doing. Nasus is usually able to farm without being properly poked down. Even if he does poorly in lane, games in bronze are usually very long, and he will eventually be able to farm to where he needs to be. Jinx does poorly in lane, but she has a strong late game, and is relatively easy to play. Yasuo players either do really well or really bad. There is no in between.
