Can Fiddlesticks get some attention?

Hey I was just wondering if there are any plans for Fiddlesticks right now. He used to be played as jungle or even support (crazy right?) for awhile, but he's kind of been left out.

For jungle, he doesn't really get a good item build, there aren't any jungle upgrades that help him out much. Cinderhulk is probably his best choice if he's building a jungle item, just for some extra durability, but he's not going to build much health other than that, so he loses out on the bonus. Maybe he can go with Runeglaive, but he doesn't use his basic attacks because his Drain is going to do more damage and heal him at the same time, so he can't fully capitalize on that item either.

He was played as support a couple seasons ago, and I think he's fun to play as that, but the most recent nerfs he received really hurt him there. His passive got changed from an aura into on spell hit, and his Dark Wind no longer bounces back to targets already hit (unless they're the only available one), and these hurt him a lot more than you'd think.

Not really sure what the solution is, but it would be great if he could get some attention to bring him back to at least some popularity. I never see him anymore, and I think it's because he's just not good at either of his roles.
