Zilean art update?

Just curious if there were any plans to update zilean's look a bit? With his skill rework that's really the only thing left to bring him up to speed completely. And really most of his model is ok, it's just that he has a wolf snout face mostly. Also his presents on his winter skin look awkward, they're just spinning in thin air like the cogs normally do. Like I said it really doesn't seem like too much needs to be done to update him.
