Remake and leavebuster improvement suggestion

Proposal: Leaving a game that's remade (remake being caused by that person leaving) should count less against leavebuster than leaving a game that is not remade. It still should count somewhat (perhaps 1/3rd of a "regular" leave), and still count as a loss.

Reasoning: Everyone (pretty much) would be happier if leaving a game that's remade did not count for leavebuster as much as leaving a game that is not remade. Let me explain.

The consequences for others in that game are much much lower -- I would rather have 3 remade games than one 4v5, and I think most will agree. So if someone has an emergency, or forgets smite as a jungler, most would rather they take a personal loss by leaving pre-leavebuster, than have whole team suffer through a 4v5. Since the impact on the community is smaller than leaving mid-game, leavebuster punishment should be smaller too (but should still exist to prevent abuses, in addition to counting as loss). I do not see a way that this could be abused beyond how current leavebuster theoretically could be.

They need to have the winning team in a remake gain like 8 lp... I mean you know I was in like 3 remakes in a row.... that's like 20 min I just waisted
