Ranked matchmaking

Is trash this season.

I still don't have answers as to why my matchmaking is better before a promotion, and not after

How is it my allies become 2 tiers lower after I go up a tier? Can't I play with accounts my own rank? and not a bronze adc who somehow ended up in my game? My poor Gold janna supp played her heart out, but the guy couldn't even auto attack. Im sure he'll learn someday but that learning experience shouldn't be accrued during our Gold ranked game.

Am I crazy for thinking this? I literally came across no bronze accounts after placements. I rank into Gold and 3/4 games I'm staring at low Silver High bronze team comps in my loading screen.
