Those were minor complaints,
All i've been hearing about DQ in particular, in regards to S6, is that is was a complete joke of a season in terms of competitive integrity. The boards, reddit and a few other social media sites were literally a dumpster fire for months. Again, that's what subjective means. You say it was a minor inconvenience, other people say it was a farce. It's a "he said, she said" argument. I personally didn't care, i went to D4 in S6 as a solo player. DQ didn't bother me one bit.
full AD lethality teams
If Lethality, that was meant for AD casters, is being used by said champions (assassins and caster marksmen) and those team comps work, do you have an issue with their viability?
Sounds like you're trying to pass "i don't like it" as "it's broken". Where were you when Ziggs was being played instead of a marksman bot? All i heard on the boards is how Riot shouldn't touch Ziggs because he was the "natural" meta shift - he was so unique...
Malzahar, MF supports? Any complaints about those meta shifts? Zed, MF, Talon weren't even a thing before Lethality. If these items synergize with their gameplay perfectly, that's was the point of Lethality in the first place.
I'd have a problem with Lethality if champions that were not meant to buy those items, suddenly become viable while going completely against their intented itemization - like tanks, mages or even supports. Since that isn't happening, it's fine.
It's come to a point where Lethality is in a good spot and nerfing it any more would destroy it. The other side of the balance discussion is what does Lethality do better that crit doesn't? Crit now needs to be looked at and possibly buffed to compete with Lethality, in order for the rest of the Marksmen roster to be viable again.
Colossus abusers
CotC was already been nerfed, a few patches ago.
Champions that "abused" it are no longer top tier picks. Maokai and Naut are its intended users and both are viable, where Maokai has been nerfed because he's too much of a generalist tank for the top lane. Colossus isn't the major thing that makes him good. In the absence of Colossus, Grasp is back for those other top laners. Bruisers can now use Fervor.
** myriad of** inherently broken champs
I'm not going to to bother with any vague arguments.
Some examples are required so that the other side can understand what you consider under that category.
Are you one of those subjectivity followers?
Gotta love those labels.
Because if i'm not, then i'm a Riot sympathizer or their white knight. God forbid that i actually see logic in how they balance things and what's the reason behind those changes. Around these parts, the default attitude is to be against Riot. Some people have a few labels and if someone disagrees with them or challenges their points, they'll quickly label you and give themselves a perfect excuse to not bother providing a counter argument, in order to preserve the illusion of being right.
