Leave penalty in team builder?

So this is something that has been annoying me lately. I like team builder, its great and its nice to try new things and such but starting the match. This drives me nuts when people skim through matches, and by that i mean, join a match, see its not ready to go and ditch. Its so frustrating since you see every role getting filled, then being ditched when people are often in the room for no longer than 5-10 seconds tops.

It would be nice if a lave buster of sorts were put in, just something like a 5 minute penalty or something if you leave 3 matches to quickly thoughts?

Part of the appeal of teambuilder is being able to choose your own team. The ability to leave games if you don't like the team comp or you believe it contains troll-picks is a benefit of the game mode and is something of an integral feature.

In my experience, people leaving queue has never really been an issue since they are either:

  1. easily replaced due to the popularity of the role(top, mid, adc)
  2. the search takes long enough that most of the team is filled by the time they join (jungle, support).
