Taliyah's Worked Ground

Hi guys. Plat V mid laner here. So I'm a huge fan of Taliyah as a champion. Love her personality, think her kit has great potential. However, despite the questionable numbers balancing, I really think her issue lies in Worked Ground.

Interestingly enough, it reminds me of Talons new E, with both having a long CD. However, I think the issue is that Taliyah's Q just isn't powerful enough to warrant Worked Ground. And getting rid of it will allow better numbers tuning without making players feel utterly useless.

Worked Ground seems like it was created so her laning isn't too strong. But it gimps her so hard for not enough benefit. My proposed solution would be slightly increase Q's CD, while getting rid of Worked Ground. It just feels bad to use. That negligible MS boost isn't even worth it.

I don't know why they added it, i could see it being used to control her waveclear with 50% extra damage to minions on her Q but they took that and she got gutted

It's weird because she was released on 6.10 and they added the extra minion damage on 6.11, i honestly see no use for it unless she doesn't have damage to minions, so either buff her Q to scale (15%/25%/35%/45%/50%) extra damage to minions or remove worked ground entirely

She needs a revert to pre-6.14.

Her Q is powerful enough to warrant worked ground. Unless you want to reduce it to 3 hits or drastically increase the CD, worked ground has to stay. Her Q is far too overloaded with damage to not be held back by something.

The issue lies with her E/W's balancing.
