I Don't Think Vayne will be much of an issue come pre-season

The reason I say this is because of the new itemizations and the buffs to some of the adcs who used to keep her check in lane. The adcs I am referring to are cait, Lucian, and corki. Lucian isn't getting changed as much as a champion, but the new items make him down retarded (people have yet to realize this), and the same can be said of corki. And with the vayne nerfs, and the...minus 3 ad..her early game will be much more vulnerable than it once was.

She won't be as much an issue because it seems all ADCs will now be broken.

Have you seen the flat out sustain an adc can get from the masteries yet? This will make it hard to poke/bully out any late game carries like vayne.

You can easily just get a ton of sustain in the resolve tree for 12 points Recovery Tough skin Runic armor Perseverance

Then add to this by getting feast and vampirism in the ferocity tree and later on you can heal from crits aswell, Getting an early brawlers gloves can already help add to this sustain.

Now all you need is a support with heal or shielding and good luck getting a hyper carry out of the lane.

Every mastery is available to every champion. All that matters is how they build them.

If you're running that Mastery setup, you'll be sitting on about 60 less raw attack damage compared to how much an ADC would have on Live end game. That's in addition to losing nearly all your armor penetration on soft targets and 20 to 30 against hard targets.

you max out the ferocity ofc but the other 12 in the tank mastery tree you can get alot of sustain there to help you lane
