AP Scaling on Cho Gath Q should be reduced

It's 100% AP scaling, knocks up, and is AOE, not to mention it just got a mana cost buff. His kit also has an AOE silence which also scales with AP, and the new percentage max health E. Might not be a problem early game or laning, but afterwards when he builds righteous glory or stone plate and has a few stacks, one Q will cause your carries to either die instantly or have to recall. Or they'll fall victim to the 1k true damage. Cho's passive is a free doran's ring and then some so sustaining in lane won't be a problem.

Other champions who scale 100% with AP top lane will either never build it or never max that ability first: Patheon ult and W, Fiora W, Yasuo E (I think, I'm not sure his scaling) etc. It should be maybe 75%-80%, definitely not 100%. One or two AP items followed by full tank (or more AP, as a Cho in my game just demonstrated, and then went tank), is a recipe for disaster for those playing against it.
