@Meddler @whatever is MF in list for some sort of buff/power change?

I know this might sound strange to most people but all the latest nerf did was really mess up her skillset.

Let me get this very straight: Q max is not a viable option in any serious game, i know people are still tied to the old way of playing MF but that way is wrong, every statistic points that E-W-Q max is still way better than Q-W-E or Q-E-W (just check champion.gg or probuilds or even just any other site).

From your patch notes:

> Make It Rain's increased range and synergy with Thunderlord's Decree have turned it from an area control spell to just another way to bully her opponents.

Well i'm sorry but make it rain is STILL the best way to bully your opponents, Q max just doesn't work against proper players.

She's very weak in high elo and really never ever picked, from 20% pickrate to 1.5% in diamond and mediocre-to-bad winrate in general, so I fail to see how she hasn't "walked the plank entirely".

Something's planned soon or even just in 3 months?

Her winrate is fine. She is not consistently picked because she's a very specific ADC- most of the time you don't need or want a combo-ADC. She's not the best ADC in the game. There's nothing specifically wrong with her. I don't see a reason to buff her.

I do think she's a bit on the weaker side. She's a great teamfight wombo combo, but I feel like she's lackluster on anything else. Decent wave-clear, decent laning phase, weaker in damage output without combo, weak mobility, limited things to do could cause to get easily old/boring. I took her into ranked twice and really regret it because the opponents always picked yasuo or braum and counter the hell outta MF. So I don't see a reason why to pick MF over other marksmen.

I would think some slight numbers changes could do well, possibly lower the base damage on her ult and lower her passive in exchange for an actual ad/ level. I would love to be able to play her more...

Only on the boards will people ask for buffs for a champ just because they're not god tier in an unfavorable meta.

Shes fine where she is , and i main MF u shouldnt be using her E all the time the E is meant to slow people and not poke for dmg . in lane u have to plan when to use ur Q and when it works u do a shit ton of dmg.
