What does Quinn gain in exchange for her poor attack range?

She has below average range, damage, and mobility. Her blind is nice, but not really enough to make up for her bafflingly unreliable passive.

She doesn't have below average mobility at all.

Actually, her mobility is rather good, between her 335 base MS (tied for highest with Sivir and Lucian), her bonus MS on Harrier proccing, Vault and Valor's massive MS boost. An MS boost that is actually multiplicative - meaning that, instead of her flat MS only, it multiplies her current movespeed (before softcaps).

sadly half the time she doesn't even have blind, because it's broken and lets the first attack hit you, which is usually the one you wanted to mitigate in the first place..

The ability to instagib a squishy with her ult after 2 items (assuming you're wise enough to go for BT into TriForce as she was intended to be built).

ummmmmm, not to seem mean or anything, but do you really have any idea how to build Quinn? If you want burst, you go IE into Shiv. You can insta-delete most any target (except for a fed tank) as just Quinn by procing harrier, vaulting, and procing it again. If they still aren't dead yet, go to Valor and chase them down, and then just kill them with AA, your blind, and as a finisher, Skystrike
