Grading system post match, broken?
How does this reward an A only?
Should i steal kills next time because the system is biased towards a K/D ratio and doesn't factor in that i'm a support and thus should go for assists only?

Your performance is far more than a KDA ratio. FAR more. how many wards placed? How many assists were just you doing one AA? How many objectives did you take. This all matters.

Grades are based off how well you did in comparison to others who play that same champion in the same role. This means that you did pretty well compared to other Leona supports, but you didn't do well enough to deserve an S.
You get an S when you have like over 25
looks at all that KS...
The system is NOT biased towards a K/D ratio. Whenever I Support, I get S ranks often.
