Urgot's ultimate IS NOT AN EXECUTE, it is instant death. It is ONLY mostly USED as an execute.
EDIT: Wheee, downvotes from the ignorant.
This post is in reference to the Braum E interaction where if someone else is hit with R1, falls to 25% health or lower, and Braum intercepts the second cast of R (R2) with his E, he will be dragged instead and killed no matter how much health he has. Continuing off this, Riot is pandering to the whining incompetent players and stated next patch this interaction will be removed. They will make it so that his E will prevent him from being even just dragged by R2 which is nonsensical. This goes against literally every other interaction in the entire damn game with projectiles that apply CC versus Braum's E.
Let's say theoretically mercy killing (in real life) was a thing.
For those who don't know what that is, it is basically assisted suicide. Terminally ill people and the like can request a death. Lethal injection is currently considered the most ethical way of death in the first place (for death punishments mostly).
However, let's say the injection was no longer used for death sentences and was reserved for assisted suicide/etc cases only. It would ONLY be used on the terminally ill and weak.
Let's say it's also fully mechanized. A patient just taps through multiple confirmation screens (to avoid accidents), and a machine will automatically handle the procedure. The agreement taps on the screen MUST be done with the patient's biometrics. The ONLY code it has for the procedure is lower a needle into the spot on the bed where the patient is and then inject once the needle penetrates the skin fully.
That doesn't magically make it incapable of killing someone who is fully healthy. It could kill the healthiest damn person on Earth.
Now let's say the world's fittest and strongest and healthiest person decided to push the other person out of the way and lie on the bed instead. The machine has no way of knowing nor is that situation I just described likely anyways.
However, the needle will still descend and inject its contents, which would quite obviously kill the extremely healthy person within just a few minutes most likely.
Urgot's ultimate is not an execute. It is a certain death ability which is why it does ever increasing damage amounts as true damage, in powers of 10 (10...100...1000...10000...etc). Riot is fully capable of just making it do 25% health max or current as true. That's not the point. They did not do that for a good goddamn reason. If you get hooked, you are supposed to die no matter what outside of cleanses or immortality/invulnerability. That's why you die even if you heal above 25% and you WERE the original target.
It is simply used as an execute.
The 25% health has literally no damn relevance outside of just activating R2. Same thing with the example above. It is only needed to START the procedure. That is IT.
At the moment, Braum is (was?) the only champion that could intercept it (because if anyone could just bodyblock it that would be legitimately stupid as hell).
He is the second person in the above analogy.
