Ignite and burst has become so OP, maybe Exhaust nerfs need to be reverted now?

I agree on exhaust buffs but i think just buffing the damage reduction is better since we dont want to get rid of adcs completely and promote more mages bot lane ... kinda sick of seeing ignites top and on supports not ...

I think a much better fix to Ignite would be removing that ridiculous lump of damage it does when you first cast it. I shouldn't be getting kills simply by bursting someone down with Ignite.
