@Riot: You need more frequent patches during the preseason

You've implemented sweeping changes that have greatly altered the balance of the game, as is fitting for a preseason. However, you are still sticking to the 2-3 week patch schedule, which is FAR too far apart for testing the large number of changes.

Because you have so many things that must be balanced during the preseason, you NEED to increase the rate at which you are testing things like jungle item changes, champion updates, etc.
