I start to question even harder the balance team operating atm after this patch; not that I didn't do this before. I am not trying to squeeze anything such as "everything should be fixed in no time" , so that you have it checked. But let's take things in an easy and understandable point of view. Some things to be mentioned, and I believe and hope I am not the only one that has a bitter taste in the mouth after knowing this all.

Irelia : adjusted (but but.. :<). Some decreased damage on the passive and different scaling of the w. But, q's damage remains the same?It's not calming and has the same dash range. And decreasing the trigger mark for q from 6 to 5 seconds on her e and ult in this meta makes the change close to inexistent or does not influence anything at all a fight. Clear that riot does not want to make her a little more underwhelming or to get her to be more of a challenge to play by lowering some consistent damage.

Akali : Running rampant on the streets still. Passive is still untouched.

Brand : I don't think i have to mention his current damage.

MasterYi : Nerfing damage to minions instead of maybe reducing the damage of E? Smart? My opinion is a no. For a harder clear of minion waves it is indeed a good nerf, but again, he will still stomp over champions with guinsoo and his E.

Tryndamere : ?? This Hulk thing is buffed? Many people say he is easy to deal with. Maybe, but consider this. His ult has no counterplay , none. Only the most unskilled player will not know when to use it. You either suck the hp of the enemy for 5 secs or you can plan to run for 5 secs. And if he feeds hard, he can STILL be impactful to a match, remaining a splitpusher for the rest of the game. Is it fair? Even after being deemed useless in teamfights he can splitpush and punish a leading enemy team. Yes, splitpush, but forever after feeding? And if he is fed and maxes e quick, 7 secs CDR and the item 3124 , you know how that will be. 3 autos and e is refreshed. Cool.

item 3124 : Decreasing a little the AD and AP scaling per stack does not solve the real problem. The A.S remains unchanged and it is one of its 2 cores. Champions like Varus and Kai'sa abuse this and get an A.S equal to an approximatelly 1.90 strikes per second, specially Varus.

I see some buffs on Trist and Jinx over there, but the rest of most adcs are still left in the shadows for now. And the utility supports are also crying in the background. Karma , yes yes.

And here is another big point and big issue of the game. This might also be biased so fell free to give me responses over it, but constructive ones, not jerky 12 years old stuff. It's about big boy Ornn Ornn. As a main top laner i didn't pay interest in him when he was released, but after a while, I was in the spot where the curiosity and lack of ideas kicked in. I have to say besides Aatrox before his rework and Camille, no champion that I've ever played offered me this satisfaction. Cool looks, nicely designed abilities and a tank. He was untouched by Riot for 3-4 months, in the period where his w was unstoppable and his ult has a ridiculously small cooldown. Blissful moments. ( yes , I abused him and I mained him until i managed to be in top 80 worldwide with him xD ) He has an identity his his w. His CD was ok and the unstoppable effect separated him from most cc champs. True is that it left smaller chances for outplays from enemies with stronger cc, but it had to be played on spot anyway in order to get maximum benefit from its use. And of course my own self knew he will get some nerfs. Man that was a hard patch to swallow. His unstoppable effect from w was eliminated, W CD increased like hell and his ult got a higher cooldown. After a while I got in terms with the unstoppable elimination and high CD on his ult since i had t he Ultimate Hat to compensate it ( i had, cuz now it is not there anymore...), but the CD from the W? Never understood why they did this. It is his main fighting skill and it is not overwhelming without the Unstoppable effect. An increase from 9 seconds to 17, same with his E is like " Use W once, land a hit and then wait another 17 secs to engage. Stay behind minions until then". DO NOT nerf to bits an important skill of a champion of it makes him very unreliable. He is supposed to be a tank and suck up damage. If he has to wait a tremendous amount of time for his w to recharge , which makes more open for punishments, it's similar to taking away the tank identity he must have. Yes he does have great engage capacity with his ult, but what comes next? Uses all skills and w will still be on cd before he can react. And today the W gets some more nerfs. It makes no sense to nerf a champion because he is a popular pick in LCS while you don't know how he performs in the normal elos (he is quite underwhelming in this meta). Riot leaves many many champions out of the spotlight and focuses lately on the ones popular on LCS. And again, quite a handful of players don't have their own sense of being creative, so they follow up with LCS builds and opinions. IT IS NOT THE SAME AS PLAT, SILVER ETC ELO, PLEASE UDNERSTAND THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Now it is a long post and I think it lacks some consistency. But i want to highlight the obvious even more. Champions with huge damage output remain unchanged or further buffed. More and more champions that are not a popular pick by the common player are dragged down even more with nerfs to the point the become forgotten and very weak, with a huge influencial element being LCS. Many nerfs in the present are not strong enough to change even by a bit the course of the meta. And more, more more. Would it hurt if the community would be listened, Riot? You have one game, one, and it is not fixed properly in terms of gameplay.

Don't know where this game is heading, but the matches are not fun anymore and the toxicity and damage meta are too much right now. And no. this is not a crying post. I just want to point out issues that are not resolved even now and wonder when everything will be decent again. Cuz right now it is stomp or get stomped, no chances of coming back with force.
