Adding just 10 AP would create a set of 3 items aimed at supports that all share a core of 50 AP and 10% CDR, and would likely make the item more attractive despite the potential price increase.
Censer on Lulu is a lot of fun, just like here ADC have some on hit.

Or they could make the passive more meaningful. "x% of your amount healed/shielded is added onto the magic damage and aspd increase."
I love using it on support lux, her shield is on such a low cd that you can get your whole team multiple times during a teamfight.
In all honesty, Censer's passive is much stronger than Zeke's. If you play Sona/Soraka with censer, Windspeaker's Blessing, and good cooldown, you can constantly have all teammates with higher attack speed, magic damage on hit, and 15% extra resistances
Yes, please buff Censer. It's pretty underwhelming and has been for all of its existence.
censer i pretty good on alistar here team why don't we all get an on hit and as buff and some healing and a def buff cos windspeaker
Pretty much an all in one buff lol
I would definitly buy all those 3 to get all the CDR and give the power to my team
