Let all champions on ARAM be available for usage?

Then people can't exploit their champion pool into a complete list of OP ARAM champs only.

Then people can find their new main from one game of aram leading to more riot money.

Riot gets more money.

Game becomes more fun.

ARAM is actually cool.
