This champ needs her true damage removed completely, she is ridiculously OP and the complete opposite of what is known as "balance." There is no reason a champ like this should be able to kill a full tank full build Rammus in 6 hits. No reason whatsoever. True damage needs to be removed completely from the game except for maybe ignite.

Give Vayne the old Elise treatment. Give Fiddlesticks the new Elise treatment so he'll be #1.

I've come to realization that Vayne is not that squishy after all. Therefore she needs even weaker early game.

Change W damage from True to Physical. Grant 10/15/20 % Bonus Armor Penetration during Ult (same way Yasuo's Armor Penetration works on his ult)
