Riot you have truly lost your mind when it comes to balance.

First you ruins a number of junglers with your stupid runglaive, not sure why you wouldnt leave in the magus so we have options but glaive is essentially a terrible iceborn gauntlets. So now the AP champs that could jungle with the magus, are screwed and you added 2-3 lousy possible jungler who all will be screwed because they cant buy a good item aka the liche bane, because you have pigeonholed them into this trash runeglaive lol. Serious who said at the meeting, hey AP junglers are struggling so lets remove 50% of the ap from the ap jungle item, lets remove 50% of the cooldown, and lets add a shitty version of the liche bane proc that is aoe that gives them back a little mana THAT WILL HELP!!! ps more than mana the real problem AP junglers have is HP sustain herr durr. Why not rename your new ap jungle item to ekko's time peice because pretty much you made an item that will only help ekko jungle nooone else.

2. you attempt to buff split pushing which is a cancer you have always stamped out, by doing what? making tower diving easy which literally has nothing to do with split pushing.

3. what you did to elise who was a bordeline playable champ is beyond disturbing, she is now insanely op now it isnt even funny. Who thought giving a half screen gap closer a DOUBLE DMG buff was smart? Oh it lasts 5 seconds, well after rappel she lands on your face and activates her abilities with in 2 seconds.... for DOUBLE DMG HAHAHAHAHA.

I dont even know where to continue the list of idiotic changes is never ending and to think after 5 years YOU ARE NOW REVAMPING ALL AP ITEMS, which actually were all really quite fine working and fairly balanced.

PS lastly worth mentioning your people doing the patch run down same some fo the most idiotic things i have ever learn mankind utter. Loved hearing them detail how only a few ap junglers currently exists so to improve diversity they are removing the item that allowed them to jungle and changing it so 2 others can jungle.... oh and ya they even mention diana, who actually was better off as a jungler with the magus ROFL. HUERR DURR fiddle jungle was dominating so we removed majus and made the glaive, Are you guys for real?
