Really her shield is disgusting both in the scaling off AD, and the absurdly low cool down for such a powerful ability, oh ya cost no resources either herp derp. Can a champ be any more brainless and under the radar OP pub stomping than riven? to imagine you nerfed warwick while this abomination remains untouched.

Serenity Now1 votesShe is annoying. Between the shield, dash, and hops, she can get out of most sticky situations. This has always been a problem with Nidalee as well.
So unless you can outright kill her, never chase or she'll either slip away or turn on you when everything is off cooldown.

Sena1 votesRiven has been repeatedly nerfed since last season and still remains strong, guess that says something.
She does have counters she struggles against in lane, but a champion like Riven can find ways to get back and still stomp the game later. I'm not the greatest Riven (or top laner for that matter) so I do lose lane a fair amount but I find that as long as I keep farming I can still get back pretty easily in team fights, then eventually just outscale the opponent.
My personal opinion is that Riven is alright, but definitely annoying.
