Subscription for seperate ranked que?

I don't really mind paying 5 or 10 dollars a month for a separate ranked que. People are treating ranked like normals, giving up for the tiniest of reason. It's not even that the team is losing, it's all because someone did some minor thing then they refuse to play because of that. 7 out of my past 10 games lost were because "I don't give a fuck" attitude. Example. Jungler camps bot lane. Top gets upset because JG is never top and gives up. Example 2. Lux took electrocute instead of Comet. ADC refuses to join team at all point in the game.

The only reason why this behavior is allowed to continue is because it's harder to punish passive aggressive trolling than it is to punish bad words. At least with the subscription, assholes would be force to choose to either pay to be an asshole in subscriber's ranked or continue to do what they're doing in regular ranked/normals. This way, the f2p players will still have their free ranked que with the same amount of toxic experience as before, and the pay to enjoy people would have their ranked que sans assholes.

It all boils down to whether a portion of the community is willing to pay the price of a skin monthly large enough to make it happen. We made west coast servers -> central happen, so I believe we can make this happened. Hell, Riot is getting more income, so it should be easier than asking for east cost servers.
