Why dont we nerf missfortune jhin and nami

since season 8 nami has been the best support in solo q and missfortune has been one of the best adcs along with jhin. So why have we not been nerfing them? I can't even play any melee champions like garen anymore because missfortune gets so much movement speed with just I just can't catchup but during teamfights she just presses R and dominates the entire team. It's like trying to fight teemo except his R is instant and is a huge cone wile being a tank buster. Nami goes botlane and heals and ad 1/4 of there health with her heal while chunking the enemy. She also has lots of cc and has good utility. Jhin is the same. He is just way to fast and melee's can't get to him to fight. The problem imo is that Missfortune and jhin deal way to much damage to squishys and to much damage to tanks.
