Ryze i can summorize as: Spammy mana scaling root cc
i think these things tend to be bad things when combined, and is the trouble that he has. Spammy champs were gated by mana, and when you have lots of mana and scale from them (however minute(my-newt)), that is kind of irrelevant and exacerbates the problem Spammy and root cc creates the whole "assassin" problem of inability to fight back while taking a beating in the case of melee
