A tad overtuned? Seems a little strong to me. Like every time hes in a game the other team gets dumpstered.
Also on the same note how to deal with him top lane? The guy just seems to faceroll me now no matter who I play or how I play them.

I actually beat him as Irelia, didn't let him Q me randomly.
I was surprised.
But I was more surprised how he still 1v1'd me later.
Everyone expected a new Rengar that was supposed to be both fun to play as and against.
Old Rengar needed a lot of skill. New Rengar requires almost zero skill and have the same damge output while at the same time being unfun to play. Now even Rengar mains hates him!
Force RIOT to actually come with a rework that honor both the actual Rengar players and his opponents.
