MMR question

Do the rotating que modes each have their own mmr?

Im just wondering if ill be able to play URF eventually. If the tryhards will be divided from the casuals in a few rotations ill just avoid i/suck it up till then. Not trying to rant but im getting really tired of the same oppressive as hell OP champs (that you can tell people play OTP all day). If i have another Azir/Zed/Ekko/Fizz where the players are fricken FAKER in-game im just gunna cry.
