Don’t give Yasuo a base AD buff
Most people take 28% attack speed on him(meaning he isn’t taking AD runes and therefore isn’t losing any damage due to the rune update). Don’t buff Yasuo.

I think they want Yasuo to have less AS early game so he's forced to buy more than 1 AS item if he wants to cap out his Q cooldown. Giving him AD compensation instead of AS accomplishes this. This is a nerf to Yasuo, not a buff.

PLEASE break Yasuo's fucking legs. I mean it. The new precision runes are the most influential and powerful ADC tools the game's ever seen, complete with additional melee buffs for every melee champ that isn't yasuo, and Yasuo has a toxic history or ruining ADC items for everybody. It happens every time.
When Yasuo has a ridiculous winrate because he is outright broken with Press the Attack, please actually nerf Yasuo, and don't nerf Press the Attack and ruin it for every single other champion using it.
he is also not getting 28% attack speed at level 1. if he goes for tempo(AS keystone rune), the he wont get frevor of battle

....And he can't get 29% AS from the new runes so explain how this is a buff when he only gets 12% from new runes?
This is a major increase to his Q CD early on and the extra AD does not result in him being stronger or equal to his current state Lower your pitchforks
I usually don't have problems with yasuo players but this changes might change my opinion on that. Worry about the meta on the new rune systems.

This isn't a buff.
You get 12% AS if you take Precision primary, which you should.
So this is more like AS Reds and AD Quints page.

Then he won't have that, so he'll get some AD instead. It's something to compensate for rune changes, just like every other champion gets.
