Dude just don´t get hit by her spells. Like at all and she becomes useless.
It's safe to assume the balance team doesn't know what they're doing.

Sejuani gets to have a massive 5+ seconds nerf on her Q, and then there's this....
A 3.4375 second cooldown spammable oneshot with two seconds of active hitboxes moves back all the way to a 3.575 second cooldown spammable oneshot with two seconds of active hitboxes? Surely this will be the change that finally makes her balanced.
While we're at balance tweaks for over or underpowered characters here's some more.
