Easy answer. We're talking about his visuals; I love his visuals. It's his gameplay that I didn't like. And gameplay concerns were what stopped me from playing him.

Why would riot not at least try their best remaking the classic model since it's the one that most people have and might have? Look at trashy me, buying warwick when i have none of his skins, i dont play him, and just because his classic skin looked fucking cool. You would think that riot wants to make galio as appealing to the largest part of the playerbase as possible, but no. Not to mention i hate the way riot models wings (anivia, new galio, quinn, aatrox, kayle, morgana). Also only 3 of those are actually perpetually flying, Kayle Anivia Galio , and they're going to axe one of them, which leaves only Anivia Kayle

Yeah I don't like it either. He's less Gargoyle and more like some weird demacian statue. Overdimensed, just weird. But I am not Galio main so it doesn't bother me, I just hope they'll eventually make Gargoyle champion now that Galio isn't one.

To be fair he was created by a demacian. It makes sense for him to look demacian in style and Gargoyles are statues. He is just a construct too.

That'swhat he means with "overdimensed". He keeps too true to this nature, because it's a boring nature. Gargoyles are more epic. But that's just our opinion. Maybe some people like the new statue look.

Personally I think people just need a bit more time to adjust to his new look. It was very shocking and not at all what anyone expected. Heck I had a full minute of "WTF?" when watching his teaser. That being said the look has started to grow on me. I think it will just take some time for a lot of people.

If they'll like it they may keep the design. The Debonair Galio skin looks nearly the same. It's no the same, it's updated, but the design is kept.

He's not grotesque though. He's more like he's trying to look noble, immaculate, and cool, but he looks like a failed disney project.

The texture and modeling is smooth because it's updated, but the overall look isn't really particularly intimidating or demacian.

Is he grotesque? No, not in the slightest. But he absolutely looks like a grotesque that Demacia would have. Maybe even they wouldn't use grotesques that are quite as large, but still, it's not hard to imagine Demacia architecture having these figures that are nonetheless monstrous yet still have a righteous pride and strength to them.

Edit: it will work in a unique way, it will only target allies, but it will not fly TO the ally, the target place will be left where you clicked on the ally to fly, so if the ally move it won't move with ihm

Well a Rioter said that it can only be casted on an ally's position and it does not follow them. Kinda kewl if you ask me plus encourages teamwork in an effective way.

Aatrox is getting a full VGU with the divers update.

For now, he is getting "fixed" a little bit to give him some love until then. Those changed for Aatrox, are on Surr@20

and yet they are killing the only way I play aatrox and will have no good game to pick him in high sustained hybrid damage that does very well into champs that bring burst without much sustained damage. He wants to fight you, and you blow your cd's then he fights you again. however item 3124 into full tank is no longer gonna be the go to build even though it was super fun because it was so hard to die and the longer the fight went the scarier you got
