Its the new patch, you can see it on S@ 20. GIves 100% base health regen + 200% for 10s after taking damage its experimental

Doran's Shield now costs 400 gold and gives 100 HP. While no flat damage reduction from single target attacks. You gain 100% base HP regen and if you get attacked you get 200% more base HP regen for 300% base regen for 10 seconds.

Someone like Darius can heal 80 HP over 10 seconds if he gets hit once.
