Can we have lee sin buffs now that he lost alot of his mobility?

Since he can't have wards all the time (rip trackers knife and sightstone) i think he should get some buffs to his base kit. Maybe revert the E nerfs? Base stats? Anything really to make up for the lost of his mobility.
