We could just remove it from the game since it does nothing to promote sustained DPS like ADCs are supposed to.

If an assassin is 1 shotting you after missing everything, stop staying in lane with 80 hp.

Actually it should be melee only.

It's a sword.
Adcs are the ones who abuse it the most. Its Move speed boost is unparalleled among melee items, and when coupled with the way adc's fight..... just makes their late game unstoppable. are more or less destroying everyone late game right now because they cannot be ran from anymore, and shred faster than you can reach them. Both on damage dealers AND tanks. The only champs that can even get close to them right now are stealth champs......

As a tank/bruiser player, I’m generally OK with Stormrazor except on Jhin. Its damage is negligible, and, on everyone except the Virtuoso, so is the movespeed. Jhin is just a slippery little bastard. He’s morphed into the second coming of Zoe, being very fun to play yet frustrating to play against.

I’m happy that marksmen aren’t building BF > Zeal item > IE > Zeal item. 100% crit with a good chunk of it converted to true damage... at three items that cost only slightly more than Randuin’s + Frozen Heart + Thornmail/Deadman’s. But the ADCs have a much higher income. A marksman who rushed 100% crit would generally finish it before I can finish Titanic > Randuin’s on Jarvan.
