Any plans for a Ryze buff?

He's been out for around 3 patches now and his Winrate has stabilized around 43%. It does seem to spike as you gain experience on him but really only around the 125+ range.

Any changes planned for the future? He's probably the most in-depth rework ever made and it's a shame to see him preform so poorly.

Potential Buffs could be: -Increase range of Rank 1 R to 2000 from 1500 -Increase Q base damage slightly -Increase Base Health slightly (he tends to start Sapphire Crystal so he's pretty damn squishy early)

he has extremely high damage, but he has very low range.

+5 base ad. So people can actually last hit without using Q. That's the only buff he needs tbh.

He absolutely MUST NOT BE BUFFED IN ANY SIGNIFICANT WAY. He is literally 2 steps from being broken in top lane again. His biggest problem right now is that he is outranged by everyone in mid lane, and his ult isn't spectacular on a mage that's supposed to do damage more than utility. If they buff his base damage he'll become impossible to deal with in top lane

Ryze does not really NEED the buffs. His weakness at the moment is the ability to kite him. That aside, he can already practically two/three/four shot almost anyone come late game. The thing I'd say he NEEDS is probably a nerf. Specifically to his Spell Flux. Make the range at which it spreads less oppressive if targeting minions or neutral monsters.

No one's playing him, and those who are aren't winning with him. He has the lowest winrate in the game currently and you suggest nerfing him? Why?

I don't really get this champ. Sometimes he feels completely op and then there are those games where i am nearly useless. And the ultimate .... well most of the time i used my ults to cut someone off when my team and i were chasing. Sometimes all of the chasing teammates take my ult and then our target can freely run in the direction where we came from and probably gets away. All in all i think he doesn't need a buff. Ryze players probably just need to play around his weaknesses and teammates need to learn what Ryze is and is not capable of.
