Vayne Passive/Ult idea

So I like how vayne can go invisi for that 1 sec during tumble, but I dont like how she can ONLY use it during her ult. So I have an ideaaaaa So what if her passive now works on stacks. Yes, stacks. That means that for each nearby enemy she gets a stack. 1 stack is mvment speed, 2 stack is mvment speed, 3 stacks means she goes invisi during her Q with or without her ult. When she ults, she automatically gets 3 stacks and it stays that way for the duration, acting exactly like normal.

Uhhh that would break the game. Making her worse than twitch because she can proc it so often
