Can veigar have his old ult back?
I kinda miss this...this was what gave him his identity as an anti-mage. Nerf the scaling of the AP ratio if you must, but keep the enemy scaling the same to encourage them to build MR or stay away from veigar.

He wasn't an anti Mage. He was an anti-player. Kassadin is an anti Mage. Magic damage shield, 15% reduced damage, sticking potential and dodging potential for skill shots. He's strong against mages but can be brought down.
Veigar was an anti player. He clicked R and deleted a Mage or at least almost deleted. No skill required, just click R on a decently low 40% CD. Also tended to one shot any squishy but not as well.
Now he has to wait to ult. It's still a big delete button, but not delete on sight. Much healthier than being punished by building your stat as a Mage or any AP really.
His old ult used to punished the opposite laner for being ahead and actually doing good. It was very unhealthy.
Veigar ult is already very strong. A one shot uou can't dodge.
I love the new ult. It allows you to be relevant very early in the game since ult deals way more damage early game, and late game you can just Q+R and you still one shot no prob.
His old ult was garbage. lolno
The old ult was the reason he wasn't allowed to be good.
