"Draven takes skill"

Is that really a valid reason for him to be so strong throughout the entire match? I mean, I dont consider myself a good Draven player by any means, but I dont have a problem getting kills or forcing them out of lane. Just a thought I had

Low range, complete reliance on a gimmick that's easy to mess up and the fact that that gimmick telegraphs his movements is why he's allowed to be strong.

Draven punishes your opponents' lack of skill. If you can force Draven to not catch axes, you can beat him easily.

Um. Draven is literally the hardest ADC in the game with the exception of Vayne maybe as a second.

His income comes out of kills and juggling axes due to his passive and if he doesn't have any Q's up, his damage reduces massively in damage and some CC can kill him.

The strengths just make up for those facts.

Draven is supposed to bully you in lane and if he doesn't get ahead he isn't any stronger than any other ADC with similar items... hell his own mechanic of having to catch axes to actually maintain a decent DPS can backfire against him tremendously at later stages of the game since smart opponents will target the place where the axe will land, forcing Draven to either miss the axe and lose a bunch of damage or take the hit

Lol Draven IS THE hardest ADC. Only Vayne is about as hard because of her small range really.
