Marksman Changes

My question is specifically about Vayne, because I love her.

With her changes what are your thoughts? Is it an overall nerf? I dont crunch numbers, so if someone wants to that would be greatly appreciated!!

Regardless of the fact that I want to know about vayne, Im stoked for these changes to the ADCs and the item changes!!!
