Vi is depressing me

I dont usually whine about balance, and I dont think Vi is necessarily OP as much as she is overtuned.

A double gap close, double hard cc champ, that also has an auto attack reset, and with CoC double shield.

Add in the items that benefit her- Triforce/ Warrior encant. If she gets behind shes manageable, if she gets ahead shes nigh unstoppable and Im at a loss as to how to deal with when she gets through bans.

I generally play ADC and thats probably the reason I have such an issue with her, Im already squishy as hell, but with warrior, ult, q, and auto, plus aa reset Im at less than half health, ignoring the follow up from enemy adc and support. I understand Im squishy and will die easily, but am I supposed to have zero chance of getting away? Even if I play vayne, tumble and flash away, im slowed from smite and she has speed boost from phage so she immediatley gets back into range for her ult. but thats also a 5min cd on flash I cant get back.

So is there an easier way to deal with her? Does anyone think shes overtuned? or am I just a crybaby ADC?
