Kennen stun needs a much longer cd

What's with Riot giving everyone short cd stuns? Kennen literally stunned me 4 times in a low level fight...it need a longer cd, end of story. And for the curious who maybe asking why(minus the obvious)? Because that's absolutely retarded first of all, and Kennen was top damage dealer in the game on-top of that.

I agree, it has a diminishing returns effect on one person, but it needs a straight up CD on the same target, because of how rapidly he can stun you its really unfun.

More of a matter that just like champions such as Udyr who has the ability to punch stuff passively to stun, champions with easy measures for stunning need to have a 'cooldown period' before they can stun again, giving it a very relatively long cool down linked to that champion stunning said target (so we don't end up with a bug or silly measure such as a champion can't be stunned by any one else for X seconds after being stunned).

Though creating measures to produce tenacity to sharply reduce the stun duration to prevent CC stun abuse especially in team fights could be a useful alternative as 'global change'. Still i would prefer them to enact more measures to prevent numerous things im seeing now currently.

-Tank meta still 'exists' for many champions but its easily getting thrown on other champions like carry and zoner type champions to just turn it into a un'fun match where your able to barely do a thing unless you are a specific type of champion that usually won't be picked to have any chance of countering those carry or zoner types.

-Jax jungle being a part of the 'carry in anywhere but the ADC role' gag that i've seen been going around. Its silly enough for champions like Xin'Zhao who can turn into a insane lane pusher due to his insane ability to blitz'krieg opponents with ease and rip thru turrets easily in the first few minutes if he gets a ez kill right of the bat. How jax adds to this is his ability to jump on a target, rapid hit them, use his 'dodge autos then Stun a target' which just plain allows him to be a even more ridiculous annoyance harass then voli'bear or Gragas. Since he can easily carry a gank kill into a quick lane push and rip apart a tower early game thanks to him gaining attack speed by hitting stuff at a very fast speed.

It doesn't help part of the reason why i see Jax, Twitch and Kog'ma is because of the presence of Blood Razor making it so dominant due to mechanics even when they removed the sated devour's presence and slap it on rage blade(which just means they will get it later on still on a item which can make even more use of it), but didn't stop this insane attack speed rush type jungler spree that makes seeing any blue gem or red gem jungler types even less of a thing and its either them or Cinderhulk green gem tank junglers. Anything else basically being non'existent as far as the meta is concerned.

-Ultimately to me it now feels like the 'meta' is transitioning into the type for carry champions since we got marksmen building penetration, marksmen playing in the jungle, juggernauts still being ridiculous with black cleaver and dead man's plate but the former item lets them trade so easily and the latter lets them rush back to turrets fast and use that bonus damage hit to get major push moments on trade hits or on the turret itself. Then you also have the presence of champions on the AP side who just snatch up a rod of ages and zone you constantly like they don't give a fk about actually playing (Heimdinger and Tailyah for one thing), just constantly messing with you and make you get angry till you try and jump them when they are out of mana, only to notice you accidentally 'dashed on top of them' while they were running right under the turret so they can let the turret scum hit you and they sometimes end up picking up a free lawl kill in the process.

Its hard to say how Riot is going to resolve this mess, but i would say Jax might need to get on the list of champions to be trimmed down alongside Twitch and Kog'ma in terms of playing outside of where they are mainly suppose to be and should be prevalent in those locations and not in the 'off-main role positions'). Tanks are one thing, but its pretty BS when a team can pull a less then 20 minute win outta their arses because they got Jax in the jungle able to free jump so easily and get away with harass even easier then Volibear and Shaco. Hell even Zac who started becoming dominant is only because he can sling shot himself over walls for ridiculous YOLO moments, just like how twitch does it with his Q stealth to just get on top of you and ruin your day.

It's a good thing the 'next' update after Assassins is suppose to be diver champions, but just like how they are 'taking their time on doing the Yasuo Tank Nerf', it feels like they are taking too long to bring in the Assassin rework even if they wanted to wait till after worlds, when they also need to get Diver champions tuned down too or get some emergency patches thrown around to shut down the items being critical banes for alot of the BS going on (Black Cleaver and Blood Razor being major 2 culprits with a side of Ghost blade being too damn silly of a early game versatile on too many champion role types for AD types).
