LOL Massive fps drop since the last patch!

So i have been experiencing MASSIVE fps loss since the last patch. Iv been getting a average of 100 fps to 70 on maximum settings. I have a gtx 1060 and a i7 paired with 16gb of ram so don't go and say to me that its my hardware. I have evidence of the FPS drops that a youtuber pants are a dragon was having too.

As you can see he usually gets 100 to 70 fps which is NOT his average. If you watch his other videos he from previous patches he got 200+ to 180 which I should be getting. Riot please fix this mess!
