Final Boss Veigar Bugs

Not sure if this is just me, but all of the damage from anything on the Final Boss Veigar skin is delayed slightly, makes it interesting to last hit at first, but i got used to it. the q,r and AA damage is all delayed. also, when farming q, sometimes the ability power up icon will appear and make the sound, but the gold sound won't, and I'm not sure what to make of it as I am not constantly checking my AP count and don't remember exactly what I had, so it seems that either I am not getting gold, or not getting ap, or the sounds aren't going off. Because most of the time both sounds will go off, say when im alone with no minions or anything and I'm sure that I got the last hit. Help me please. Epic skin, let's not have it buggy!
