How's Lulu?

Just wondering how this little fairy is doing because I don't see her played much, and wondering how every one feels about her? Does she need some work or is she just old and not played much because of the age of her?

She isn't played much anymore because she isn't overbearing in Top/Mid anymore. As for support it can still work, but the nerfs to her top/mid lane dominance hurt her here slightly, so her laning isn't as good anymore. She really shines in teamfights and works real well as a counter to pick comps, but outside of that I don't think she is a very viable pick, at least compared to other top tier supports atm.

Lulu ate a bunch of nerfs last year. Her support tools are unfortunately a bit too reliable and frustrating for solo lane opponents, especially melee ones. She's still seeing occasional competitive play, but it's mostly as a solo laner. She only gets picked support as a head fake move, to try to convince people to make the wrong pick in the solo lanes.

We initially thought solo lane Lulu was a unique addition to the game, so we wanted to let her stay a viable pick in both solo and duo lanes. That said, top lane Lulu is currently shutting down a lot of diversity in competitive play and, because Lulu's solo lane and support power are tied so closely together, we had to go for changes that reduce her oppressive strengths first. As an aside, we know this isn't a great situation where we keep indirectly reducing support Lulu's power to maintain her viability as a mage, so this is something we'll have to really consider for the future.

Lulu is my favorite support, however most people would play her top or mid. I don't think she needs a rework but maybe they can buff her to make her more support-like without changing her kit.

Riot should also buff item 3504 since I like to get it on Lulu but nobody else gets it.

Shes pretty good, I usually play her agro and sometimes we can zone a few adc's and supports. But I stuggle using her against people like blitzcrank and thresh and leona.

item 3504 I always get this first. Sight stone can wait a bit, i'll just pick up extra wards every time i build a little peice of it. but getting this item sometimes helps me turn the botlane around.

with the item not only do you give them more attack speed with your E, they also get the pix passive that shoots 3 bolts as they AA So building some AP is good too sense her passive scales off it.

I like the item also and it does help lulu. But if the adc already has 2.0 attack speed and you buff it with an extra 25% that will help the adc do an extra auto attack but it wont improve pix auto attack. Pix has a max auto attack of 2.0 attack speed he can never reach 2.5 attack speed.
