Ever since I first started playing this game I have always thought to myself why is that slow so strong? That question still goes through my head why has it not been changed? I generally feel like that slow lasts for far too long and should not lower attack speed because if you are going to be made to the point where you can barely move at least be able to fight back better.
It is a single-target non-damage ability which only provides soft CC. In addition, it does nothing to stop enemies from using ability for damage or mobility.
If the slow wasn't at least decent on it, there would be pretty much no point to the ability.
No. just no. Its about the only tool susan has to gain an advantage, even if only for a few seconds. Without it all he has is his Q and his almost worthless E. He's had it forever and its never been a big issue, and its still not.
He has no other way to keep up with his targets
