Not Able To Save Emotes

For some reason I am not able to save my emotes specifically Legend 1 and the Final Project emote. Overtime i try to equip them i come across the error coded EM03.

Same here. Works when adding or removing my other emotes.

Edit: I just closed and reopened league and it works now. Seems that this error happens when trying to use emotes gotten in that session.
