For real WTF is that winrate!?his damage late game is crazy good and his lane phase isnt that bad (safe cuz range and u get good dmg with tri)

His lane phase is terrible compared to popular bullies, meaning he will rarely reach full build before the game is over. Keep in mind that the team who takes the first tower wins ~70% of the time. And Kog's weakness in that phase of the game is a HUGE handicap for his team.

Simply having high damage late game doesn't always translate into more success late game, either.

Well it depend, if ur rlly good at kog u can beat pretty much everyone exept mf and jhin. Oh and Caitlin can be hard 2. And like an average kog could probably beat vayne jinx and ashe (other late games)
