I really hate Tahm as a champion.

Literally every Tahm that goes support tries to spit me or my team onto the enemy tower. And he doesn't even say anything in chat and just spams laugh so banning him won't do anything. Can we have a shorter wait time to leave Tahm's mouth?

I'm sorry that you get trolls, but having a shorter wait time would make my team misclick and go out by accident more often.
