2% will change nothing ... a heal after the adc already died can have a 1597% heal increase and would be still useless

Ardent meta stopped after they removed the on-hit heal from it. Worlds was played on an earlier patch that had not had that patch yet.

It's only a 2% increase.

They're not making it do anymore damage.

They're literally just reverting the Forbidden Idol line's nerfs from last year, when the items weren't even that strong to begin with.

I mean I feel like enchanters will slowly creep their way back into the meta just because riot has just been nerfing every tank support besides leona

have all been nerfed quite a bit.

Also I find it quite annoying that they're nerfing alistar's dmg but not buffing health or something to composite. I'm fine with him doing less dmg, but he's been sitting at a 50% wr while stuff like brand/zyra have a way higher wr. It's kinda tilting that they're only nerfing him instead.

With the buff and the addition of stats that allow you to take an additional 20 free ap I feel like Brand and Zyra both need nerfs

You forget shields where nerfed, shield duration was nerfed, and shield supports are bottom tier right now. Not to mention people have been complaining about too much damage so honestly this is a step in the right direction.

An additional 2% isn’t even much.
